How long does a CITB certificate last for?

A shorter refresher course must be completed before expiry to maintain these qualifications.

What happens if my SSSTS or SMSTS certificate expires?

If your SSSTS or SMSTS certificate expires, you are no longer eligible to take the shorter refresher course. You must attend the full course again to re-qualify – the two-day course for SSSTS or the five-day course for SMSTS.
